1. ACCEPTANCE AND PROGRAM OVERVIEW

By enrolling in the Finex360 Training Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. The Training Program is a comprehensive 6-month educational program with 24-month access designed to prepare individuals for careers as registered investment advisors through AI-enhanced learning, mentorship, and practical training.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT

User Eligibility

To participate in the Training Program, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age

- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

- Be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Provide accurate and complete registration information

- Pass background verification suitable for financial services

Prohibited Participants

We reserve the right to refuse enrolment to:

- Individuals with disqualifying regulatory or criminal backgrounds

- Those who have previously violated our terms

- Anyone engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities

- Individuals unable to obtain required financial services licensing

3. PROGRAM ACCESS AND PAYMENT

The Training Program requires a one-time payment providing access to all program materials, AI-powered learning tools, mentorship services, and platform access for 24 months. Payment is due upon enrolment acceptance through secure payment processors. All transactions are in USD.

4. REFUND POLICY

You may receive a full refund if you withdraw within 30 days of program start and have accessed less than 10% of program materials. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. After 30 days, no refunds are available except in exceptional circumstances reviewed case-by-case.

5. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND USER CONDUCT

Program Participation

You must:

Our training program utilizes artificial intelligence for:

- Progress tracking and assessment

- Content optimization and delivery

- Performance analytics and insights

You acknowledge that AI systems may process your learning data to improve program effectiveness.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Content

All program materials, including training content, AI algorithms, assessments, and business templates, are proprietary to Finex360 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for your professional development during the 24-month access period.

User-Generated Content

When you submit content (assignments, forum posts, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for program improvement and marketing purposes.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. We use your learning data to:

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

- Licensing examination success

- Career placement or outcomes

- Specific income or business results

- Individual learning outcomes

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FINEX360'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PROGRAM FEE PAID BY YOU. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Career success or failure outcomes

- Licensing examination results

- Third-party actions (mentors, guest speakers, peers)

- Market conditions affecting industry opportunities

10. CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Individual Dispute Resolution

Before formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through:

- Direct communication with program staff

- Escalation to program management

- 30-day resolution process

Binding Arbitration

YOU AND FINEX360 AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.

Unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association Commercial Rules. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision is void.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Finex360, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your use of the program

- Violation of these terms

- Infringement of third-party rights

- Your professional activities following program completion

12. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Professional Standards

Participants must comply with:

- All applicable federal and state laws

- Financial services regulatory requirements

- Professional conduct standards

- Licensing and registration obligations

Licensing Support

We provide guidance for obtaining required licenses but do not guarantee examination success or regulatory approval.

13. TERMINATION

Program Completion

Successful completion requires:

- Finishing all required training modules

- Passing required assessments

- Completing mentorship requirements

- Meeting professional conduct standards

Termination by Finex360

We may terminate your enrolment for:

- Violation of these terms

- Failure to meet program requirements

- Regulatory issues preventing industry participation

- Unprofessional conduct

14. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES

We may modify these Terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Finex360 regarding the Training Program. Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
