2. ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION
Professional Requirements
You must be:
- A licensed RIA or qualified financial advisor
- In good standing with relevant regulatory bodies (SEC, FINRA, state regulators)
- Located within the United States
- At least 18 years of age
- Operating an active advisory practice

We verify professional credentials through:

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

The Platform operates on a monthly subscription with a one-time onboarding fee covering:

- Client relationship issues or regulatory actions
- Third-party claims or market condition impacts
11. CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Binding Arbitration
YOU AND FINEX360 AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.
Disputes resolved through AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules with financial services industry expertise. If class action waiver is unenforceable, entire arbitration provision is void.
12. TERMINATION AND DATA TRANSITION
